Good food and good service. However, the place is SO crammed that you will surely hit someone if you move your chair by one inch. Not so comfortable. As a result, the place is always very hot, which is good in the winter but again, uncomfortable in the summer.

this is the ideal store for those who like salty and burned flamms! I saw the flamms on the other tables they were burned too!
the toilets are extremely tight and dirty. my wife told me that the wc for ladies doesn't even have toilet papers. moreover, it's not even cheap.

The Flam's is a restaurant in the center of the oldtown of Strasbourg.
It was very crowded when we arrived at about 7pm. We made a reservation for half an hour later and walked a bit through the city.
After the 30 mins we got a table.
The Flammkuchen was very delicious. Nevertheless it takes more than one of these to get full. The service was quick and friendly.

Worth for a visit. The food (all you can eat Flammkuchen) was very good. The Flammkuchen variations were interesting and something new to try. Still very good. Service and waiters were kind and good, although there were alot of costumers.
From a price point of view it was definitely a good balance between value and quality.

Want to eat the Alsace flammkuechen so much you want? Go there, pay all you can eat and have a drink, starter and dessert (but unless you really pass on the starter, I do not see how can you manage more than two)

Nice food for affordable prices. We arrived early in the evening, it wasn't busy yet and the service was quick but as soon as it became busier it was very difficult to get the attention of the staff. Not all of the waiters speak English. You're sitting very close to other tables and people which is a bit awkward.

we really hoped more from a flamm store on strasbourg!

The only "bad" thing was that the room was packed with more tables than usual. Nonetheless worth a visit.

Dining alone was the only issue. Had to wait for table. They seemed unsure in what do do with a single person. The flamekuchen was great. The service was solid. Nice spot just away from the cathedral crowd.

Both overcrowded and overpriced, but if you take the all-you-can-eat option, it is okay
