We went the day after the French kids had gone back to school and it was empty so we had he run of the place.

The actual experience was amazing and definitely worth repeating, but the execution was shoddy.
As examples:
Left numerous times with my disabled girlfriend to tackle stairs on the way out of buildings when the entrance had step free access.
Left back stage by some of the staff to find our own way out of attractions (Arthur in particular greeted us with a set of stairs and no lift on the way out when there was a lift on the way in. Staff were nowhere to be found and there was no way back to the entrance).
Disabled entrance left unattended, so it looked like we were just pushing in to the people in the queue, earning us some funny looks.

When busy I image it's a different story but so much to see, do and experience.

It's set in lovely park area. All in all a very good day out.

Patchy disabled access, poor English translations, and poor signage on maps.

Easily one of the best theme parks with amazing 3D and 4D experience

Great day out. Very expensive. We found some vouchers for 40% off entry. Family of five still cost €138. With food and drinks we spent nearly €300 but we were there from morning until 11pm. Beware it's not like a theme park like you would see in the UK as there are very few rides. Most attractions (and there are a lot) are 4D cinema type rides. Very good though!

Very disappointed. It's not the future, it's outdated. And look like they are happy about it. Apart the dance with the robot and a magician show, the ride are all the same kind, big screen, or seat moving a bit. Some building are nice but not use effectively. The restaurant are expensive. If you buy a gold pass, you are received on a corner of a bar table. The park don't take mobile or contactless payment. The park need to move into the next century, but at the moment, it's stuck in 2000.

The park has a lot to offer or a range of people we went as a family on a stop over but wished we'd stayed longer. The shows were very impressive and the tied are too. I just wish we had the time to stay longer.

OK, let's forget that we went over the half-term break and that we refused to pay extra for a premium pass. We are 2 adults and a kid and so it was already 130 euros just to get in. It's not difficult to see why the 'cattle-grid' fences were in place - the capacity on the rides are minimal leading to huge delays on the rides, presumably to encourage a second visit or purchase of a premium pass. Then you analyse the rides - the Arthur ride was the best by far, but we had to wait 1 hour 20 mins for a ride of 5 minutes. The same for the 3D Lapin Crétin which was ok. The 'baloon' ride - what a big con. Not only are you obliged to buy a drink to go up on it, but the prices are twice that of the bar in the main attraction (1664 33cl was 4.20 in the bar, 7.90 on the ride). Futuroscope - not so futuristic after all - the science expo shows 3D printers and a bedroom that changes wall colours thanks to 3 or 4 video projectors. Whoopie-do. Their boutique sells yesterdays technology at inflated prices. Nothing that you couldn't find in a supermarket. The virtual reality suite was ok, but Super U have the same thing for sale, and you can test it for free. You could always ride a water bike around their pond (uncomfortable and uninteresting), watch a video of yourself jumping as high as you can, or time yourself on a 10 metre sprint. If I was the GM, these are the changes I would make: 1) change the 'screw them for as much money as possible' ethos; 2) Look for something futuristic; 3) analyse the demand for each ride and consider doubling capacity. Regardless, we shall not be returning.

An absolute amazing day out! Easy to find with paid onsite parking.

I am not a lover of theme parks as I can't stand the rides, however, this one ids different, it is well laid out and the shows are short and timed in such a way as it it easy to watch a show and walk to the next one without rushing. The night show is well worth staying for and again was far better than I was expecting. The kids loved it and I am already being hassled to go back next year.

Easily spend more that a day there checking out all the different sections to the place!
