Worst ever experience, had to carry all shopping goods to toilet near Train Station.
Due to no Toilette inside the shopping mall.
Appalling service and facilities, considering that it sells major international brands.

Probably the worst place to shop. Despite the good brands they have, the sales women are a disgrace. They pile up in a corner to talk about where they gonna have dinner and send the clients look for sizes them selves. The older they are the more they looked bothered when you ask for help. My boyfriend who lives in Switzerland was shocked to see such behavior.
Pour le management du Galerie Lafayette: il faut remplacer la plus part des vieilles vendeuses qui se font chier la bas et ne font RIEN pour les clients.

Average department store, not much to say about it. Great for essential items but otherwise not the place you'd look to shop exclusively.
