Absolutely kind and helpful shop owner. Was looking for cycling souvenirs which they don't carry and was directed to Cycles Urbains near Place D'Italie in a very courteous and friendly manner. Cannot speak to repair skills or pricing. Great to find such a store in this location. Support your local stores.

Friendly lady, lots of parts and tools, but the prices are much too high. Used bicycle here sells for much more than a brand new at other stores

I was searching parts for a old bike and the owner took the time to adapt some of screws he had to the size I needed! Very polite too!

Pas sympa et pas pro. J'avais réservé un vélo électrique pour 3 jours. Vraiment le sentiment de déranger à mon arrivée dans la boutique et surtout ils avaient oublié de charger le vélo réservé. Le tout sans AUCUNE EXCUSE !

I go often to fix my bikes. They are usually quite fast to help and at a modest price even if you can find it cheaper sometimes

Took my broken bike to hollandais around the corner. They told me to come back in a week and that it would cost 100-150 euros. Gepetto fixed it the same day for 20.
