En panne de voiture, j'ai du louer une voiture en urgence.
Mr Raby le gérant a été d'une amabilité absolue pour nous trouver une voiture sans nous assassiner financièrement bien au contraire.
Nous avons pu continuer nos vacances et les enfants ont pu profiter de la neige tous les jours.

J'ai loue une 208 a perpignan et redeposer a la gare de Lyon.tout c'est bien passe de la recuperation du vehicule a la restitution.personnels tres agreable

Not happy at all with their dishonest overcharging. The car was fine, brand new but I got it there back in time but since my own car was still in repair I sat there waiting 35 minutes to see if my own car in the garage 300 meters up the road would be ready. I told the lady at the counter I was going to get back my car and in order to do that, I needed to swap the children's seats again. She said nothing and when I came back 5 minutes later, she just added a day's extra charge for having gone to swap the children's seats. Had she told me she would charge a day's fare for that, I woukd have gone to collect my car by foot and come to collect the seats. We felt frauded! And when I saumid spmething to the franchiser about it he mumbled oh I did not see what she did ( he heard me ask why sje charged me 3 instead of 2 days) and then he added some bull about how they could not do othereise these days with all the 'radars'. I said I was up the road 300 m as you knew. Anyway, not pleasant. To be fair, he then dropped me off at my car, thereby proving they knee exactly where it was.
