Scam Alert. A few years ago they started "up selling" a diesel fuel vehicle when your reservation did not specify. Now, they have pushed "up selling" when you return the car. They try and force you to take a cleaning fee. I've never returned a car cleaner and it was clear that the arguments were scripted. Use at your own risk. That was my last time.

Lenteur et désorganisation à l’accueil ... quand on rentre des USA cela fait un choc! Quel manque d’efficacité, membre gold pourtant et voiture non prête.

Waited 40 min even though had Gold Plus Rewards. Agency funneled all customers in one line. No attempt made to put names on board for Gold Plus awards. Worst service ever.
