Excellent customer service by extremely friendly staff. Beautiful hotel with fantastic rooms that have wonderful views.We had 3 rooms between my family and I and we will definitely be coming back.

I recently stayed at Hilton Evian on a Saturday night. Being a HHonors Diamond member I have been pre-upgraded from a base room to a King Junior Suite which was a very large room, fronting the hotel's swimming pool and with a view of Lake Lemano on the right. The room was appointed in classical Hilton style with the bed, a sofa and a working desk. The bathroom had both a shower and a tub.
The best thing about the hotel was without a doubt the Executive Lounge, open until 10pm which served an afternoon tea from 3:30pm and an evening happy hour from 6pm. The food served was of medium quality but the variety and (being in France) the quality of the cheese board made the difference. The service was also very good both in the lounge and in the restaurant at breakfast time.
All in all it was a good stay and for the price paid (140 euros a night) it was a good value.

An OK place. Name is much bigger than reality. Could be a lot better.

The staff are what makes this hotel and all could not be more friendly and helpful. The staff working in the executive lounge singled out for special mention.

There's a number of restaurants from which to choose, but these suffer from a growing Hilton trend of wringing tourists dry in terms of cost.

First things first, expensive but then again it is a Hilton. Rooms are really good and large. The food is great too. Drinks are expensive. It's worthwhile going for a walk and seeing a few local cafes.
There is also a really nice outdoor pool.
Highly recommended.

Luxurious rooms, friendly staff, premium location, quite a fantastic venue ! Note the Buddha Bar spa doesn't feature a jacuzzi, it would be a welcome addition !

Lovely view from the rooms, nice SPA and fast service. Short walk from the ferry to Lausanne which make it perfect if you want to explore Switzerland.

The only bad point for this hotel was the parking. Even in my hatchback i was scared of bumps and scraps. The room for the elevator didn't light up either so that was good. It was a public car park, meaning public prices, so €15~ overnight. Staff were lovely. Very helpful and polite. I had the standard room which was amazing. Unfortunately it did not have views of the lake but that did not detract from the quality. The main hotel entrance point was confusing to get to, but still had a nice walk if you went into the town.

Stunning location on Lake Geneva with courteous and friendly staff. The rooms are well equipped and those looking out over the lake afford a great view. I did find the housekeeping needed some work, with a number of problems found in the room.
