Room was spacious and clean. Arrived very late (3am) and was met by a very friendly and helpful concierge. We were only in the hotel for a few hours as we had an early ferry the next morning. My only criticism would be that breakfast was not as good as other hotels we've paid similar prices for. Although it was still fine and there was a decent amount on offer.

Very helpful man at reception. We stayed just one night; the rooms were comfortable and we slept well. The hotel could do with a facelift, but it is pleasant and I would recommend it for a short stay.

It was a spacious room. The place was animal friendly plus the access to English channels meant we could catch up on the news. The breakfast was decent and the service was friendly.

Pretty good location for coming off the shuttle, breakfast and room were both nice and staff were all polite and friendly.

This isn't the sort of upscale Holiday Inn that you may have come to expect but it is friendly and welcoming. There is secure parking as the hotel owns a number of garages and parking enclosures in the neighbouring streets. Also a central location near the front and restaurants.

It's not the newest or most modern hotel, but the location at the port and in the city is very good and the staff is very friendly. Beds are good and the rooms are clean.

Very nice hotel with a great view over the harbour out to the Channel. Large, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast.

Good size room with lovely view and family friendly staff
