Hôpital plutôt correct dans son ensemble, le service maternité est assez bon.

I had to wait 7 hours before I was taken in. No information given in the Emergency Room, no wait time, or visibility, you are left in pain on your own while you see plenty of employees wandering around, half not working and drinking coffees, I would really suggest you work a lot on the ER's workflow, customer journey, customer experience and especially optimizing the positions in your services, many of them can be optimized and made better / more productive, let alone talking about smiles and customer services skills (î'd suggest you learn about C.I CARE which I discovered while waiting for those many long hours)
Btw I managed in those long hours to come up with some solutions, feel free to contact me so I can share them with you as I guess the hospital leadership has other things to do rather than thinking about their patients.

My husband had a heart attack during our visit to Lyon. He was treated immediately and well in the emergency room, tests run, a cardiologist called, diagnosis confirmed, and the next morning, Dr Sylvain Ranc operated, repairing artery walls and inserting stints. The results were immediate and excellent. Upon return to the US, two doctors here examined the extensive report materials provided to us and we're very favorably impressed with the treatment and care my husband received. We are deeply and eternally grateful for the skills and care given by Dr. Ranc and by all who helped my husband at the hospital.

The doctors here are inhumane. I took my friend in for an emergency. She was bleeding CRAZY from the IV injection they gave her but the doctors said it was "normal" and thats their way of taking "blood samples". lol. Unbefuckinglievable. Then all the doctors laughed at her and told her to be quite because it was 5 am and they were tired. n they went outside SMOKING...After we decided to leave they doctors said we cannot wait inside the hospital.....wtf!!! We are going to he embassy and suing them of course. But just a heads-up, don't go to them unless you want to die in the hospital, period.

L'hôpital n'a pas l'air de toute première jeunesse mais on y est pris en charge le plus vite possible (très rapidement dans mon cas) et j'ai été pris en charge sérieusement et dans le plus grand respect. Même chose pour ma femme l'année dernière.

horrible hospital. We had to wait in emergency room for 9 hours while they were not busy apparently, the staffs were only busy to chat with colleagues and have a coffee. After 9 hours of waiting, all what they did for us was getting an x-ray, a cast on my wrist and making an appointment for a surgery on the next day. On the next day when we arrived 7 am for the surgery, there was no one who was informed by the emergency room that there is a surgery planned. Anyway they arranged an operating room for me but until I arrived just in front of the operating room there were no one who told me any of information of the surgery. It was such an horror, we were waiting in a room then there were two guys coming and taking my bed without saying anything. Me and my friend were horrified and like 'where the hell are you taking me ?' They only told us 'don't worry, you'll meet the doctor in the operating room.' But isn't it normal to inform the patient before entering the operating room ? I had literally no idea how long the surgery's gonna take, what kind of surgery I'll get and etc, literally no idea at all. Luckily the surgery went okay but all the process was totally not organised well. Additionally this is a private hospital so it's more expensive than public ones however I would say it's not worth to pay such a big invoice for all these mess.

Je comprend pas beaucoup monde dire c'est bon hopital mais pas vrai .. seriously been following up here, they got good gyne but front desk, secretary, nurses really are one of the rudest i encounter with..very unprofesional too.. also if you already have a child then don't come here, they have something against older kids..
