Very friendly staff, great atmosphere. Very clean and tidy facilities. Rooms basic but is 3* hotel so its what you pay for. Beds were really comfortable and room had air-conditioning, an essential with heat we had!We also had balcony

I have stayed at the Agena Hotel, Lourdes every year for the last nine years. It is a Family-Run Hotel. I am a Coeliac and the Hotel give me three Gluten Free meals daily and look after me excellently. The owners, managers and staff are most friendly. Each year the same staff work in the Hotel and this is a very good sign. The Hotel has two lifts to the bedrooms, safety-deposit facilities and a modestly priced bar. It is 10 minutes from the Grotto on flat pavements. Birthdays and celebrations are catered for. I am extremely happy staying at the Agena Hotel and I wouldn't like to transfer to another Hotel.

Chambre climatisé et propre
Hôtel bien situer en centre ville
je recommanderais cette hôtel .

A really lovely hotel also the staff are so helpful. I enjoyed staying in the Agenda Hotel as it is a short walk of 5-10 minutes to the Grotto and other things to do

Nice hotel - rooms small - very close to Grotto. Very nice accommodating staff!

Single dark room with no air conditining.. drone like noise throughout night from airconditioner on adjacent rooftop ..Meals very basic
