Not the best but in terms of price to quality i can say it is ok. The bathroom and toilet are in different locations?!? in the room. Lady in the desk was a little bit rude in the first day but then she was ok. The blowdryer is the worst!!!! It even does not help a little bit to dry your hair.. Not at a perfect location but it is fine. You can go to the seaside by walking in 20 mins

Great location. Friendly reception staff. Old-looking rooms(many marks and stains on the wallpaper). Housekeeper didn't vacuum in the 5 days I was there. Felt like a 3 star hotel not 4.

Stayed here one night. Main reception area is nice, tidy and modern, rooms are clean and tidy. Bathrooms however are old and in need of a revamp, there was black mould spots in the tile grout and alot of chips out of the tiles on the floor. Air con works well.

Location seems great for us. Just a short walk to many different activities. We needed to be close to the Acropolis, which it is. Light rail is near by and the Garibaldi area as well as waterfront are close as well. Neighborhood is lively but not raucous and everyone is very accommodating.

Really bad service. Rooms were dirty. Triple room with pillows for only 2 persons, although requested the 3rd pillow never came. Doesn't match the photos. Awful rooms.

Staffs were kind and polite. They let us checked in early at 12 noon. Breakfast buffet had pretty good selection and all were delicious (try the scrambled egg, pie and pastries). Stayed at room 208, which is facing the street and the elevator but could barely hear anything (good soundproofing). Bed were quite firm but comfy, the minifridge was working properly, and the room was pretty large. Couldn't detect any smell of cigarette at all while in my room. The location is great, we could go the port and the old town by walking and eventhough we went back to the hotel at night, we'd still feel safe on the street. The condition of the room was a bit dingy though, hence the one star off. Sometimes there's a bad smell wafting through in the bathroom, I think it's from the drainage in the bathtub. And the cleaning service sometimes forgot to replace the mineral water.

The reception lady was very very rude. She does not think that we are customer. Her attitude was very awful. They made a big mistake. They sent us an email before which mentions they booked our rooms and everything was ok. But when we arrived, they said they cancelled one room even they charged the prices of both rooms 2 weeks ago. Do not ever consider to stay here!!
