Excellent location in a fantastic part of the Basque region. Service was good, amenities all worked fine and was kept cool in the hot weather.

Wonderful little hotel. They close reception at 7 and we were running late to arrive. But they handled it excellent, we received code for the side door and our room was available to us when we got in. Answers from reception on email were very fast and clear. Really good service. Nice and clean rooms, good location in the city. Breakfast needs to be ordered a day in advance, which we luckily did. Wonderful little service of food, fantastic croissants. The personel that works are wonderfully charming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

hotel centrale, personale simpatico e disponibile. Stanze funzionali e pulite. Non c'è parcheggio ma si riesce a trovare in zona a pagamento. Un po' caro per quello che offre.

Un lugar muy acogedor para pasar un par de días. A destacar la simpatía y amabilidad del servicio. Además está muy bien situado.
