Awful experience, there's no security measures in this hotel at the floors. Someone broke into our room, ripped our bags and stole our expensive electronic belongings. Not recommended at all. On top of that I'm still waiting for a response from their insurance to pay for our belongings. On the same day 2 other rooms were robbed.

Very basic, WiFi didn't reach the room but overall nice

Firstly, whilst the hotel is situated practically on top of a busy set of train tracks, it doesn't mean the train station is near. To get from Gare du Nord required the navigation of several dangerous roads (don't be fooled into thinking a green light means the crossing is safe!) Whilst carrying luggage after a long crowded train journey, this walk is tiring. The area itself isn't great: people were urinating in the streets and doing drugs on our evening walk, and we frequently got approached by people who pursued us asking for things and at one point got in my face and made kissing noises. Very bizarre area.

The first room was loud but on the top floor so the windows did a pretty good job of blocking the noise out. There was damp and mould however, and we woke up the next day with sore throats. Determined not to let it get us down, we repacked our bags and moved them back to the luggage hold so we could re-check in later.

Bottom line is: this hotel is not fit for purpose. The staff need better jobs as they are its only redeeming asset. Save up a few extra euros and get a hotel in another part of Paris, it will be worth it.

Sooooo dirty, disgusting rooms specially carpet in room you can't even breath and you can't stand on carpet its disgusting. Staff was ok.

The desk staff let us check our bags in early, all was fine. We returned later and were checked in, only to find we'd been put in a twin instead of a double. Not great for a romantic trip, really. So I went downstairs and politely informed them there had been a mistake, and was told we could be moved the following day as a mistake had been made. As we were only there for 2 days, I do feel all efforts should have been made to move us there and then, but we were exhausted and agreed to this stipulation.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed. Doesn't even deserve 1 star ... Would definitely not recommend.. Awful...

Do yourself a favour and don't book this hotel. We made the mistake of saving a few euros and booking here, and it practically ruined our trip.

I will say this to start; the people working behind the desk are polite and helpful and accommodating. They really need to seek employment in a nicer establishment which will be more suited to them.

Rooms were clean and staff were extremely friendly, but it's in a bad part of town, has no air conditioning, and is right next to a very loud train station and constant construction that filtered through our earplugs. Price is right.

Upon returning later, we were moved to the first floor. We entered and wished we'd kept our mouths shut. The beds had stains on them, there was a lot of damp and mould in the shower and worst of all, there was what looked to be a vomit stain on the wall, poorly covered with a randomly placed table. The windows didn't even close properly so all night we were treated to the screeching of trains, and the next day we both woke up with our throats so sore we were forced to seek out a local pharmacy for a remedy.

Quite cheap place to stay, with a very good location and friendly staff.
Rooms are very small with the tiniest shower I've ever seen.
Pretty noisy and not too tidy either but if you are looking for a place to collapse after a exhausting day, could be a good choice ;)

Good location, 5 minute walk from train station. However, everything else goes downhill from there. Front desk not welcoming at all. Very unprofessional at handling customers. The room, 508; small and simple. Good big windows for fresh air; which is very much required in the room due to the disgusting damp potent smell protruding from the bathroom. Room service is non existent; they just came whilst we were gone and took the dirty towels and replaced just a few of them. The bedsheets didn't get replaced and they didn't even make the bed. Would not recommend at all, would not stay here again at all.

My husband booked this little break to paris for my 30th and was shocked to learn that our room was nothing like the pictures they have online! Absolutely disgusting! Strongly advise people NOT to book this hotel!

The hotel it's quite nice, although the room is a bit smaller (that's Paris). People is really nice, they try to help you within you need. The location it's rather far from the the town centre but there's good comunication with the subway.
