Very clean hotel located in a good location. You can walk to the tram station and beach! Supermarket and bakery and restaurants located just outside the hotel. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. We will come back next time we are in Nice

A very nice hotel, good location and close to a tram stop, the room was of an adequate size, had a little balcony which was a nice touch. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very nice.

Very small rooms.. noisy and cleanliness was not up to very high standard. With exception of steve on reception being very professional it was a let down.
