Personnel incompétent.. hôtel complet !! personne ne te propose d appeler un autre hôtel à proximité.
Je reste dîner puisque mes collègues résidaient la..repas infect ....civet de cerf??? Ilsauraient mieux fait de le laisser en liberté.

Hôtel assez récent avec des chambres confortables et propres, l'accueil est très sympathique. Situé dans une zone d'activité, il ne faut pas pas s'attendre à un hôtel de charme situé dans un quartier typique. Mais il est très calme et sa piscine est agréable.

If you are having a car, you can choose this Hotel without any worries. The rooms are very new, very clean and the staff is just extremly friendly, especially the night Receptionist (a frenchmen that speaks perfect english and works just since two weeks there). They are having also a Spa and a Gym but I did not try for lack of time. Its mainly a business hotel so very lonley at the weekends and extremly busy during working days. Of course even on working days your room is very silent. The ride to Aix is around 15 minutes by car. By the way: Marseille is just 25 minutes by car away! It will be a pain in the neck to find a parking in Aix centre ville. So be ready to directly asking your GPS for a Parking Garage. The one near the fountain is very likely full and going to there really hard because of the narrow streets. The second one your GPS will offer is the best choice, cause its in the nord of the centre ville and everything is in walking distance. Back to the Hotel: If you do not have a car, do not choose this hotel!

Hôtel qui mériterait 4 étoiles. Une prestation prestigieuse. Des chambres tout confort. Cadre agréable. Personnel charmant, souriant, réactif et disponible à l'image du directeur très accessible et sensible au bien être de ses clients. Piscine parfaitement entretenue. Coin solarium avec sable. Restaurant au goût du terroir provençal. Je le conseille fortement car cet établissement est vraiment super avec sauna, jacuzzi et salle de fitness bien équipée.

Clean and nice. Good access from the road. Good breakfast. Good restaurant.
