Breakfast wasn't bad either, though I'd save the 10 Euros and get crepes outside.

Staff(s) stolen my Samsung tablet. When asked for CCTV footage - they returned back but without any explanation and taking responsibility. No apologies from management. Very stressful stay at their hotel.

Very clean! The rooms are a bit small, but it is perfect for the international traveller that does not intend to stay in their room. It is walking distance to the Eiffel Tower! Literally like 5 minutes. The metro is just steps away! The staff is friendly and they speak English for those of you who speak no French (or if its rusty lol) and you get a continental breakfast every morning consisting of croissants and other pastries, cheeses, juices, yogurt, cereal and coffee/tea.

Very nice staff. Good beds. Small rooms. 3 person elevator. Right next to a metro, so super convenient. Definitely in a tourist part of town, don't go to the restaurant next door; low quality food.

It's a nice hotel very near to Eiffel tower. You can walk to tower from here. Decent sized clean rooms. We paid for breakfast included package. Breakfast was nice with the options for breads, cereals, juices, milk, tea, coffee, cheeses, meat &;eggs. Breakfast area was very clean & cozy & the staff serving there was friendly & prompt in service.A day before leaving we were asked if we want to use shuttle service from hotel to the airport. We chose to do so & it was very economical & convenient & we avoided paying expensive taxi fare. As the hotel is very near to Eiffel Tower, there are many options for restaurants nearby. Person at reception provided details about attractions in Paris & how to get there & we also got Louvre museum skip the line ticket from the hotel itself.

For the price, the location, and the service, it can't be beat. Room was good sized. Bathroom was nice sized. The water pressure was good. The staff was wonderful!! Would highly recommend.

Good location and price for a 3 star hotel. The room was well equipped. The Classic Double room had what was closer to a king bed.

Very little communication between staff. We asked 3 times for our room safe to be opened, it didn't happen until the day before we were leaving. Breakfast was good and available on time (a big plus!) Room was neat and clean. Very little available in bath. Shower cap soap and body wash. No shampoo, no lotion. A good basic hotel, but nothing special.

We just stayed at this hotel last night and everything good. The room is big as some reviewer said it's small but for European standard and the amount of space of the hotel it's comfortable for 4 of us 1 toddler 1 infant 2 adults. Toilet is also clean and basics needs are provided. Staff are friendly from front desk to breakfast server. You have be nice so they can nice with you that's how things work in europe.. it's not all about the money. Elevator was a problem in the reviews but honestly the area is small to put a big elevator so it's obvious why it has to be small..I'd rather have comfortable bed than comfortable elevator. Overall satisfied my advice is really to book directly with this hotel. You get good deals like we did. Highly recommended.

Not too expensive, very friendly staff, nice and clean room with a very nice bathroom. The room was not big but it was certainly big enough. The breakfast was pretty good as well.
Most importantly, the location is amazing. It is very close to the Eiffel tower and right in front of a metro station.
Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this beautiful city
