Wonderful hotel. We had a lovely room with a balcony and a fine view. Superb breakfasts. Staff could not be more helpful. Convenient for the centre but nice and quiet. We had some excellent advice about where to eat.

Sad in such a wonderful place renown for its gastronomy, delicious 'boulangeries', nothing artisan, homemade, 'personal touch', not helping local businesses at all. No local honey, jams, cheeses, juices, bakery, herbal teas, nothing. Focus clearly on making money rather than surprising customers in the delightful French way of hospitality...

Lovely boutique hotel, with very friendly staff. Front desk staff were very helpful with organizing lift passes, and would have arranged ski hire and airport transfers if needed. Breakfast was good continental, with scrabbled egg, beans and bacon. They had the best selection of teas I have ever seen in a hotel.
Location wise was within a 5-7 minute walk of the ski bus (Chamonix Central) and very central for shops and restaurants.
The rooms (superior twin) are small, but that is to be expected for a ski resort in France.

Excellent!!! The staff are super friendly and helpful too. Great location. Highly recommended.

Rooms pretty old, needs a good refurbishment too. Has the potential to be a great place though with a nice view on the mountains from your window.

Very disappointed with the quality of the breakfast : we were told that the hotel belonged to a family of locals from Chamonix, yet not a single item we can think of from the buffet was local ... everything out of tins, frozen food, industrial cereals, bread and croissants, imported jams, concentrated juices, even baked beans, tinned fruit salad, etc.

The location is fantastic and a 2 min walk to the busy area. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast simple but more than sufficient to cater for all. I had a small issue with my room which was resolved by the lovely manageress. Charming lady with whom you can have great conversations! The hotel organized my ski pass and also will provide you with recommendations for ski hire, local restaurants and updated information on weather and ski slope conditions etc. easy and relaxed atmosphere I'll stay again.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The manager at the hotel promised that I would be able to receive a refund for the 2nd night of my hotel reservation, upon check-out after the 1st night I was told that they would not in fact refund me my 2nd night and charged me $350 for absolutely nothing. The issue was never resolved and the hotel rejected credit card disputes for the past 9 months.
