Small, but clean and well equipped room. The location is just superb with all the sights are in the walking distance. Perfect breakfast and helpful staff.

The hotel is quite decent and situated in a convenient location. The main railway station is about 10 min walking distance. A tram stop is few steps away from the hotel. Rooms are very clean. People at the desk are quite nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok. The hotel provides free internet, which is quite fast.

Stayed there for school, the beds were very soft and the breakfast was delicious.

Very tiny and noisy rooms but pretty and clean. Great breakfast.

Perfect for my needs. Clean, nice, and friendly. Free parking if you can get a spot in the relatively small parking lot, but if not there is a parking garage directly next door. Location is just outside city center but only about 5-7 min walk to petite France and 10-15 min walk to the cathedral. Considering how small Strasbourg is and how scenic it is to walk everywhere, especially along the river, not being directly in the city center was no issue for me. The rooms are small but the price is right.

Small room, tiny bathroom with linoleum on the floor and dirty shower curtain. Ok for one night. WiFi very good; friendly & helpful staff. Close to 2 tram lines (B & F)

Close to the city center. Helpful staff. Good value for money.

Overall not a bad hotel. Clean room with a comfy bed and free Wifi throughout. The staff are very helpful and speak excellent English (and are also willing to humour your bad French if you want to practice!). No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room though, which is a major disappointment. Nicely situated for the centre of town. Amenities are basic but sufficient, except for the lack of a kettle!

A good place (also for business travel).
From the window of the bedroom you can see the city center. The mattress was very comfortable.

Firstly, the location of this hotel is fairly ideal, a short walk from both the train station and city centre but without good views. The hotel staff are polite and friendly and really do try their best. The bed is standard Ibis and I did sleep well. But the quality of the hotel itself is simply poor, the rooms are tiny, the bathrooms comically minute for anywhere other than a Japanese city. The decor and fittings are dated and in need of replacing, or at least repainting. The linoleum floor of the room was uneven and creaky in places, the shower curtain only just too short for the shower. The hairdryer in the bathroom is so outdated and minimal an effort that they may as well have not bothered, the electrical outlet beneath it is a fantastic addition to a room whose sole purpose is the use of water and whilst the porthole window in the bathroom is cute, the state of the frame looks like if it was taken from the Titanic. Beyond this, there is rust on the lights and bathroom door frame as well as a wonderful culture of black mould between the shower tiles and ceiling.
Overall, this hotel is not worth the price, and I feel sorry for the staff that work here. It is not up to Accor Group standard and you would be better off at one of the other Ibis in the city, however well placed this one is.
