Very awful at all. The staff was very rude and nobody speaks English. The Wi-Fi connection is terrible. The breakfast is really poor. And finally, the worst of all is that they accused of smoking. DON'T BOOK A ROOM HERE!!!!

Clean, cosy, helpful staff, English was a bit limited but they try if you do and are friendly too. Delicious light French breakfasts and freshly squeezed orange juice and locally sourced pears, deli meats and hard boiled eggs. Bright clean rooms, fresh towels daily and new modern decor. Comfy beds and fluffy pillows. Bus stop right out side. Walking distance to a few nice restaurants within five minutes and central shopping area of Annemasse and grocery about 10 minutes away. Lovely, would recommend.

The hotel was awful. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They didn't have enough staff and nobody speaks English. The forced us to mop the floor because an accident happened due to the unsteady tables at the breakfast room. Also there was no fridge in the room. One night they woke us up at three o'clock and said that we were too noisy and we were smoking. But guess what...WE WERE SLEEPING. I recommend not to book a room there!!!! If I had the option of not grating any stars I would.

Very small parking. Quick and friendly check in. Family room had some smell. Breakfast is very limited in terms of fresh fruits and vegetables. Fresh bread, cheese and fresh orange juice are available. Staff is friendly. Terrible Internet connection. Overall this place maintains lower standards compare to Ibis Styles in Germany. Area around is not so exciting. Ok for one night stay.

Not recomend. Low standard room, 1 only power socket far from bed, dirty textiles, poor breakfast.

I had room 001, next to the Reception backoffice. In the morning two ladies, talking out loud. Lots of noise also from the lobby in the night.
The mattress had a very bad smell, like mould.

Ok. Nothing exceptional. Good for one night. A bit overpriced. Safe parking for 10 EUR more.

This was really a nice place and good value for the money . Room was big and clean bathroom. Only breakfast was not a big selection in foods . Polite staff .

Nice breakfast. Working AC. Small elevators though (as always in Europe). When we entered room it smelled of sweat, probably the carpets
