This hotel smells bad. The front desk clerk is nice, but there is bad management. The rooms are noisy and smell like smoke, even when you request a non smoking room. Management refused to do anything, including refunding our money. I would not stay here

We stayed here for five nights. Very clean and comfortable. Right in the city centre and a short walk to the popes palace, a lovely place to walk in early mornings to see almost 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside.

Great spot to explore Avignon. Hassan was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, and tea/coffee facilities available.

Good location but the bathroom and bedrooms are quite dated
