We stayed a few days here at the start of a hiking trip and then ended the trip with an overnight here again. We loved this placed. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. The design was very modern and clean. The views from the rooms and the location of the overall hotel is fantastic. The included breakfast is very well done and fairly expansive compared with numerous other places we visited on our trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Good location, within walking distance of every attraction. If the parking is full, there's a free one very close by.

Best Hotel we stayed at while in the area. The service was great and had everything we needed. The spa was very nice and the hotel allowed us to use even after checkout

More authentically cool than expected. Thought the design might fall flat upon arrival.

Staff could use some training / enhancement - but maybe it's cultural. Some very simple things could change the experience.

Location is perfect, just next to the Aiguille du midi cable car station, and a few minutes walk to the centre. Staff were caring and helpful. Cosy, welcoming and well designed areas. So sweet of the hotel to keep sweets and juice available all the time in the reception area! The room was nice, we loved the balcony and the view. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient , was poor lighting in the room.

Location is good. Rooms are fine. Spa is pretty great (really love the hanging chairs at the fire). Lounge area is nice.

Excellent restaurant (with an amazing chef's menu), cool bar with comfy seating and live music, very nice rooms overlookong the alps with Mont blanc gondola right out front.

Fantastic hotel and service. Impressive events and well organized ski shop and ski guides.
Comfortable bar area although expensive on the wrong things.
Only real critique is the lack of control over kids in the spa area
