Staying at the La Solitude right now with my mother on pilgrimage. Arrived on Thursday and to say that I'm disappointed is an understatement...

Rooms
Old and shabby with Yellow pillows.

It took 3 room changes as my mother has mobility difficulties using baths...

Would definitely not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone..

It's a beautiful hotel. The staff go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy. It's close to the Grotto.

WiFi poor on 6th floor. Noisy at 2am overlooking river. Otherwise good. Breakfast good staff excellent

Fantastic, modern and stylish Hotel with the best staff in Lourdes. Thank you all for looking after IHCPT Group 305 so well. They could not have been more helpful. In addition, the location is so convenient and the food was really good all week. Thank you!

I love this hotel, lovely food and selection of drinks. It's a very modern and clean venue, spacious and classy. Gorgeous views from the pool area looking over the river. The staff and owners are very friendly an look forward to visiting here again.

From the time we arrived till now I'm utterly shocked that they can rate themselves a 4 star hotel

Very pleasant hotel. Good food. Pleasant helpful staff. Would benefit from more places to hang clothes in bedrooms, such as hooks on walls.

We have had to eat out every night.
Due to food in which they have been serving as inedible, even though our food is included in our package, I have photographed the food to show the tour agent when I return to London..

Loverly place, very friendly and helpful. Good bar and food. Has some really nice views from some of the rooms.
