Very lovely hotel, staff are friendly and attentive, nice lounge to relax in after a hard day on the mountains, food is of a high standard, and they are able to serve gluten free alternatives. The resort itself is great so many varied runs to do of all standards and the views are amazing. Highly recommended.

Stayed for a week ski holiday with family through Crystal. In-house ski rental provided decent kit for the children. Staff very friendly. Bar prices typical for the resort. Family room with twin and a bunk bed, en suite shower and balcony. Plenty of hanging and storage space, which is fantastic when skiing. The guard rail on the upper bunk was only about 1/3 of the bed length, so not suitable for younger children. Clean, modern bathroom. Common areas of the hotel a bit dated. Food was OK, though no meal choice in the evenings meant that picky eaters (such as children) could be left unsatisfied. About 150m walk from nearest slope (flat traverse from the Rond Point/DMC at the end of the day). Just above the Grande Sure lift: depending on snow conditions it's possible to ski to the lift after walking back to the aforementioned blue run. Alternatively about 30m from ski bus stop.
