Rapport qualité prix decevant...
La salle est mal chauffée et prend l'eau quand il pleut.
J'y allais souvent, je n'y retournerais plus!

Ce commentaire concerne le Resto :
De façon générale , très bien.
Service aimable, souriant et dynamique .
Belle carte des vins notamment le gris de gris .
Le menu à 27 est très copieux ainsi que les salades.
Bonne continuation .

Accueil assez agréable. Arrivée à 19h30 servis à plus de 21h.. Le gérant très désagréable nous envois promener sans nous écouter quand nous lui demandons simplement s'il y en a pour longtemps !!
Les serveurs oublient les moitiés de nos commandes ..
Ose nous dire que les plats sont tres long à cuire ( steaks saignant, et canard rosé !!!!!!! )
Le gérant à nouveau très irrespectueux se plaint que ce soit le 15 août ! Mais passe son temps à rigoler avec ses amis au lieu d'aider !!!
Addition très salée pour des plats pas forcément excellents .....

Super bon

The restaurant is part of a hotel of the same name. We didn't stay at the hotel but if it is run as well as the restaurant I don't think we'd ever bother.

I love French cuisine and service but oh France what has happened to you when a restaurant like this can become number five on trip advisor. They must have a lot of friends. I really can't believe the reviews by the usually discerning French.

Dont buy their duck in the restaurant!

The food was appalling. We had a good selection of the menu between us and pretty well all of it was not good. Three of us shared a seafood platter. Guess that was okay but you can't really go wrong with a seafood platter apart from the fact that by the time we finished it most of the seafood was submerged in the water produced by the melting ice. The meat would have made good sole leather and tasted just about as good. Do the French ever ruin a salad? Yes they do at this establishment. Even the ice cream hadn't been stored properly and had chunks of ice in it.

Waiters were all French young men with attitude. When we complained that the desserts never all came together (15 minutes apart) they gave the reason that three were ice cream and they could be served straight away and the others had to be heated. So why couldn't the ice cream wait? They also said they had a big table to serve. So why is that the customer's problem?

Service désagréable: manqué une fourchette à notre table et plats servis (50 Mn...) je me lève pour prendre une fourchette sur une table vide ( après plusieurs demandes sans succès): scandale du serveur !!! Plats et cuisine sans charme. Prix excessifs pour le service l'accueil, la nourriture etc...
Dommage car l'endroit est sur la plage du Grau. Parking...

The only good thing about this restaurant is the location. It also looks good but don't be fooled. The only reason I didn't bother to make a fuss is that I was paying for some family members and I didn't want to spoil the evening. I don't think it would have achieved anything anyway as the waiting staff were rude and arrogant.
