Wi-Fi is very weak, lights very dim in room at night, no table or desk to work or eat but view of mountains is great, location is best in town and staff is very welcoming. For me the bad wi-fi is a deal breaker.

The staff are pleasant and fairly helpful. It's a goodish 3 star hotel. The location is very convenient for both the rail station and the town centre.

I am in the hotel tonight. And, I think the service is not good. The staff just leave my luggage in the lobby until 21:05 The point is the staff promised that they will carry my luggage to my room for me, but I wait for my luggage for almost one hour. Finally, I run to the lobby and carry my own luggage to the room. I strongly think the staff should offer the service as he promised.
