Pros: the bed is quite comfortable, it is in walking distance from the Gare du Nord, the staff are polite, there is a 24 hour desk and the hotel is very cheap. Cons: the hotel is in a bad area, the walls are paper thin, the floorboards in our room were coming up, the wi-fi is not free.

Rooms fine but no AC. Breakfast room is tiny so don't bother. WiFi is patchy at best.

'Cleaning: 4 star.
Management: 0 Star
Breakfast: 2 star
Staff: 1 Star (1 star is for the polite guy on the counter and for rest staff its big 0.)
My experience: We stayed at hotel on this valentine. I booked double room online but they gave me twin room. asked for reason, and ans was sorry no room left now. next day in morning in the kitchen a lady was so rude to me only because I asked her to clean the table and take the plate and cups so I can have my breakfast. She replied me angrily that self service. Means I have to clean the table and plate + cups which was used by others so that I can eat my breakfast. This is not enough !!!
Next sentence was NO ENGLISH PLZ. Wow this Hotel mention that they have multilingual staff. But this lady told me she is not going to listen in English.

Hotel is good and comfy enough. It's just the location that gives the stars away.

It's ok, it's not fancy but if you need a clean bed it'll be fine.

I thought this is it..... But I am wrong. After Breakfast I went to my room for Shower but there was no Hot water. When I ask on counter, Lady replied in french saying problem is from outside not in hotel. Means they don't care about saying sorry or arranging something or anything....

Rooms are spacious but not AC. Room service is poor but overall alright
