The place was not as clean as one would expect. (spiderwebs for example)
The location was near the Lake, but that is about the only pluspoint location wise
My husband and I slept alright and had a nice view on the garden. However, the 3 other familymembers had a view on the streets and did not have a pleasant nor restfull night. Coffee was terrible but the rest of the breakfast was very good.
The host was not quite helpfull when asked about restaurants near the hotel, but was kind, well dressed and immediately arrived when we rang.

Il y avait un bruit au dessus de la clim. alors qu'elle n'était pas en marche. Réveillez plusieurs fois dans la nuit à cause de cela. Les coussins trop petits. Et dans la salle de bain pas de prise pour brancher un séchoir pas très pratique pour ce coiffer sans miroir. Vu le prix j'ai été déçu, par contre les personnes qui y travaillent sont très bien.

Bon accueil, j'ai apprécié de pouvoir trouver du pain sans gluten. Notre chambre était très calme. Nous avons décidé d'y rester une nuit de plus.

Cons: air conditioner never works! In years apparently. In a hot summer day at 30°C next to the lake you cannot open the windows because of the mosquitos (1 minut opened and 10 mosquitos in the room) and the air conditioner not working because the dont want (and there is). There is a fridge in the room but not working either... the shower head broken...

Chambre confortable et assez spacieuse. Des mitigeurs thermostatique seraient les bienvenus ainsi qu'une paroi fixe au lieu du rideau de douche.
Très bon accueil. Salle de petit-déjeuner spacieuse donnant sur jardin. Petit-déjeuner copieux.
La signalétique pourrait être rafraîchie.

Pros: Rooms ok and good placed close the lake.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights, in 3 different rooms. The first night we arrived late and tired; the room was very small with a broken bathroom fixture. The next day the hotel honored our request for another room. They gave us a handicap-access room which was larger, but the shower stall was poorly designed and water flowed into the room and hallway. So they switched us to another room on our last night, and we found that room acceptable. The hotel staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The hotel manager told us that he is working on improving the rooms. Despite the inconveniences, we were impressed by the friendly and hard-working staff, and the hotel is in a great location for exploring many nearby attractions. If the manager gets the budget needed to make improvements, it will be better in the future!
