Water was pouring from the ceiling and from the bathroom light fixture. We went running to the front desk in our pyjamas to get help.

the hotel is quite cosy, very close to the metro station and with a nice breakfast. however, the rooms are small and the price is quite high.

BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!! This is hands down the single most traumatic experience I have EVER had at a hotel! I was up reading and looked down and there was a BED BUG crawling up my arm! I jump up and notified the night staff who could not be less concerned about the situation. Did I mention that I trapped the bed bug in a glass, so there was zero way the staff could refute the evidence? I abruptly left the hotel (no other rooms available and I refused to stay anyways) and headed to the airport a full 12 hours before my flight. Had to pay $600 to change to an earlier flight and am STILL WAITING for their director to contact me about the incident ~ it has been 3 days! Next stop is to dispute the charge on my credit card. Do not stay here!!! BED BUGS and the complete lack of concern on behalf of the staff is absolutely appalling.

Very nice hotel on a wonderful location, ideal for business in Paris or la Défense. In a quiet area, with sufficient restaurants nearby, nicely decorated rooms, great staff and fantastic breakfast.

We asked if we could change rooms, but we were ignored. It dripped all night and we got up to an entire wet bathroom. All our bathroom toiletries were soaked. To even use the bathroom in the morning, we had to cleaned it up ourselves.

Nice location, friendly staffs, good breakfast and neat room. I enjoyed My stay in this hotel. It made My time in Paris worth it. Thanks guys

Then we went to get coffee from the dining area to bring it to our room,
and later we were rudely told to call the front desk if we wanted coffee.
So the next morning we called to have coffee brought and they hung up. After what happened to us the first night of our stay, we thought a new room was being arranged and we would be treated respectfully. Unfortunately everyone working there pretended nothing happened.

We had gone to Paris for our anniversary vacation, and on our anniversary night, we heard water pouring from the bathroom.

Nice hotel, bedroom and bathroom are small but cosy. Mini bar is not well furnished and smell a bit. Safe was broken. Even though i was on street side. It was quite. Could come back!

They came up and threw towels on the floor. They said the people above must have been having a bath.
