The ventilation racks in bathroom and toilet havent seen a cleaning cloth or brush for at least 10 weeks...

The hotel claims to have airconditioned rooms and in fact they don't lie, but what they mean is 1 cooling system for the complete accomodation.
The rusty rack in each room produces the tiniest stream of cold air which is far too little cooling for a hotelroom in summer.
That is why we had a warm night with not much sleep.
Opening a window produces a lot of traffic noice...

The large window can be opened to the inside, but the hotel management hasn't put any effort in cleaning the outside of the window for several weeks or maybe months. Not in the window glass nor the frame...

The hotel is located at about 7 km from Paris and it's pretty easy to reach the centre of Paris seen that there is the Underground very close to the hotel (the trip takes almost 15 minutes). The surrounding area is very quiet. The hotel was really good, rooms were very big and comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good too. Next to the hotel there's a supermarket in case you need one.

Wonderful customer service. Great breakfast. Clean family friendly. Excellent metro a stones throw away, pharmacy, supermarket everything on our doorstep. Absolutely a must stay especially for those less able or with children. Wonderful rooms.

Nice location, easy access to Metro, clean, good services but limited facilities. Very kind team and nice play area for kids

The beds/matrasses are okay.
So is the little refrigerator with vitreous door.
But unfortunately that's it...

The hotel had great rooms - quite large by Paris standard. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is somewhat away from downtown, but the city center can easily be accessed by metro.

Beautiful and clean, staff is very nice but I wish it had more outlets on the rooms and there is no Air Conditioner
