This hotel is in a perfect location for a 10 min walk up the river towards the Cathedral. The rooms are large and modern and come with tea/coffee facilities as well as a microwave and fridge.
We only stayed the night night would of happily stayed there longer and explored more of Rouen.

Just ok. The room does not seem to be cleaned beyond the surface and the air conditioning doesn't really work. Maintenance said it's only designed to cool a few degrees more than the outside temperature but it was 89° outside. There is no restaurant either.

The room was very pretty, and we had a great view of the Seine. There is a dock nearby where you can walk beside the Seine, and an art gallery (I think that's what it was) nearby too. There is breakfast available. The showering situation was a little difficult because the water wasn't draining well, but maybe that was just our room. Our bathroom had a bathtub, so we made use with that instead. The beds were comfortable, we had a microwave, a fridge, and there were some complimentary packets of tea coffee, and biscuits. Over all, I enjoyed my stay.

The suites are very nice and well appointed. Views over the old town at sunrise are amazing. Pity you can't go out on the balcony though

Location, cleanliness and pleasant staff. I would give one more star but the bed wasn't what one should get at a 4 star hotel, but the cleanliness brings it back up! 5 of 5 lumbar discs are bulging, dried out and/or fused and all are degenerating even as i type. So i may focus too much on a thick plush mattress. Which they didnt have. But that is just me. I would visit again and highly recommend this hotel suite.

Very close to the Seine and the mile of restaurants there. Also close to the Dock 76 mall, the Kindarena and the historic center of the City. Parking is at 12€ per day. Breakfast is not included but available and sufficient at 15€. With bad weather conditions as we had you are lucky not having to go outside to get Breakfast. One NO-GO: the poor fish on the lobby desk!!!!! Bathroom with its plastic performance reminds of a small sailing boat.

Fantastic Hotel in a great city with private parking. Friendly staff who where very helpful. Rooms spacious and modern. Will be staying here again for sure.

We stayed at tgis hotel for 6 nights. It is a nice hotel with A/C although the a/c is not very strong. Overall service was good. Bathroom in the room does not have shampoo, body lotion and shower cap. You need to bring your own travel size shampoo, etc.
Breakfast was ok....same thing every day!!
The hotel location is about 20mins walk to the nearest metro station. But we could take a bus straight from the hotel to the train station.
Most restaurants close by 10pm, so we made sure to have dinner b/w 8-8:30pm.
