Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only problem was noise. Traffic noise I can live with but it was the loud voices of people in the street below the window which went on till the early hours that gave us restless nights. Apart from that it was a very enjoyable stay. S. BERRY

Very nice stay. Our room was clean, new and modern. For a family of 4 the room itself was a bit small being that we had very little room for our 4 travel bags, but other than that it was perfect. Loved having the Cadet metro a short 1 minute walk from the hotel so coming and going was so simple. Breakfast was great with a good variety and very friendly staff.

Great hotel. Front desk was very helpful. Convenient location. Very clean. Breakfast was a good but could have used a little variety. Rooms were clean but a little small. We has a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Wife and I went for a getaway. The staff were helpful and they even have us a welcome package which was very welcomed after a long trip. It was a block away from the 7 train which got us everywhere and was extremely convenient. The bed and bathroom were cozy and comfortable, every for a larger man. Also, the neighborhood was perfect with excellent dining across the street. We definitely enjoyed the breakfast every morning as well.

We had a very good experience at Hotel Opera Cadet. The location, the staff, the resources available, the food and service---all excellent! We would highly recommend it. Only drawback we noticed was that the room was a bit small. However, it had everything we needed to call it home for 10 days. Loved staying there.

Love this place. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are a bit on the small side. When we stayed, it was my wife, my 15 year old son, and myself. But we were rarely in our room except to sleep so that wasn't a problem. Beds were nice. The whole place was just top notch. The Cadet Metro stop is right around the corner. And there are shops and bakeries and brasseries all around the place there. I would highly recommend Opera Cadet for your visit to Paris.

We enjoyed our stay in Opera Cadet Hotel. It is located within close proximity to all the places in downtown Paris that we planned to visit. There were plenty of restaurant around this hotel. The room is adequate for 4 of us 2 double beds and well supplied with shower needs. The breakfast came with our room rates and were adequate and satisfying. The staff were responsive and delightful and eager to assist in any way they can. We want to commend Mr. Alexander for taking the time when we had an issue with a taxi driver we took from the hotel on our second day.

The hotel is very centrally located and very comfortable. Is only a few steps away from the metro which is very convenient.
The breakfast is great and tasty. We walked up every morning looking forward to the croissant and great coffee.
The room is super clean and comfortable. It is small to American standards but comfortable.
I would definitely recommended this hotel to family and friends

My only below average experience was the coffee. Maybe they should consider another brand of beans. But overall experience was excellent.

Arriving past midnight, we were greeted and helped by Alain. He was very pleasant, courteous, and very helpful. The ladies every morning at the breakfast room were very attentive to everyone's needs. Very good food and delicious fresh fruits. Rooms were always kept perfect when we get back in the evening. We enjoyed our one week stay here! Highly recommended especially with a very good location near everything you need.
