Hotel Palym is my favorite hotel to stay at in Paris! I stayed there in July 2014 for 4 days (3 poeple) and again recently in July 2016 for 5 days (2 people). I love the Gare de Lyon district and the hotel's proximity to the airport shuttle stop, the metro and various trains that take you outside Paris. It is conveniently priced, has a lot of great restaurants nearby and offers great customer service! The rooms are very modern with old world charm, character and balconies with breathtaking views of the Gare de Lyon! I highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again in the future!

small room and lift, they tool the room card each time you leave, price is ok comparing to hotels around, near the metro station

This is a good place to stay. Very close access to the metro and trains.i would stay anytime I'm in Paris. The rooms are clean and contemporary. The staff is professional. A good buy if the price is right.

Room was nicely updated with a small view of Gare de Lyon. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was perfect.

The hotel room was modern, clean, and roomy by European standards. What stands out is the service. My door did not open due to a failed mechanism. The front desk man, new at his job, worked tirelessly to get it fixed, extend courtesy, and went out of his way to solve the problem. It is for this employee I give four stars and would come back.

The room was good. Everyday cleaned by service team. The location was perfect to start or end with trains or bus.
My stay at 5th floor was wonderful until their one and only lift out of service. Thank god, they helpful to bring my big luggage by stairs to check out.
Ask for airport service from hotel. They provide it with limited seat but cheaper than uber/taxi.

Recently renovated, conveniently close to Gare de Lyon. Tried to book for a second trip after 6 months, the price had increased by 20-30%, so I went somewhere else. Still, it's recommended for those who need to travel by train.
