I had a very good experience the first time with a perfect staff, friendly and helpful, nice rooms (bit kitch but nice).
This time, I thought the staff was looking a bit lost, I could almost hear the people next door breathing, so poor was the noise insulation.
But then again, you are in a nice price range, on a good location.

Lovely and individually designed room. The location is excellent with only a few minutes walk from promenade des anglais.
Staff and owner are always helpful and have great tips on what to do and where to eat.

Just few minutes walk to the sea beach. When you there and face the blue sea, you may forget everything

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were small but were very traditional. The bathrooms were tight. If you want to bring your own wine they would lend you the cork opener. A bit far from the action (approx 10 min to the market and shopping) but less than 5 min to the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing stay i would recommend this place. My wife and I overall enjoyed the place .

Really friendly staff, the owner (Barbara) is great and very welcoming. The rooms are well appointed and perfect for a weekend of wandering round town. Everything is so close by.
