Coming from the A10 at night it was not directly visible where the parking lot/hotel/reception is, but we could find it.
The room had no toilet seat, supposedly the previous guest took it with him and due to the holiday the hotel staff was not able to procure a replacement. If the toilet had been very clean, this could have been overlooked, but the toilet/bath room was not clean (hair found). My ten year old was utterly disgusted by this room.
In one corner on the ceiling above one of the single beds was mold.
For five persons only three towels were in the bathroom.
Why two stars instead of one? Because a small water kettle was present, as well as instant coffee and tea bags, the bath room was renovated and okay, the beds were also alright.
For a stay of one night (from 22:00 to 07:30) the room was okay.

Impossible à trouver avec le GPS, en plus aucun panneaux d'indication, même à proximité. L'entrée du parking est à peine visible. Il n'y a pas de places de parking pour tout le monde. Il y 4 étages mais l'ascenseur s'arrête au 3ème.

Goede ontvangst, goed ontbijt. Geen airco, en toen wij er waren was het erg warm. Het raam kon open maar door de herrie van de weg was dat geen optie.

Clean, comfortable and good value. The main downside is a lack of aircon.
