Petit restaurant très agréable avec un petit charme rustique . La propriétaire est réellement chaleureuse et les plats sont délicieux. Je recommande et j'y retournerais.

As we entered we first warmed ourselves to the wood-fire burning in the hall. And though it was almost 14h00, we got a table in the dining room.

We arrived here at a miserably cold and rainy day in winter on our way to Hautefort.

The service was friendly and the menu of the day consisted of soup, the best lentils ever (never imagined they could actually taste good), and cheese/desert. A very hearty meal at a very reasonable prize in a cozy setting.

And we learned something from the experience; when hungry in the French countryside, look around where the builder-vans and trucks are parked!
