Beautiful old restaurated farmhouse surrounded by fields and woods. Marie-Eugénie and Dominique are very friendly hosts who also prepare delicious meals!

Last weekend me and my father went to an event hosted by a car club of which hes a member. They rented the race track "circuit de bresse" for two days and we were there mainly for the scent of gasoline and burnt rubber. What I didnt know at that time was that the main highlight would be the hotel were we would spend the night. My father said he just randomly rented something in the area. A little farm or something he said. It was far from that. It is a farm yes but beatifully modernized. A fantastic kitchen and a saloon whos furniture gave us a warm and welcoming feeling. The rooms themselves were not very large but decorated in the same way. When dinner came the few guests gathered in the mentioned saloon for an aperitif and we had three fantastic whines with some salami, olives and tomato appetizers. That alone was great. Then Marie took out one of the cooking books and it turned out she was portraied in it along with her speciality: coq au vin. And then she told us that she was going to cook that for us. All in all we had 5 dishes ranging from fish pie to the most amazing chicken I've ever tasted. The dessert was amongst others a cocolate cake to die for. The ambiente the food the conversations with very charming other guests was an experience i wont forget in my lifetime and i will most certainly come back here. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are anywhere near this place you have to come visit. Thank you Marie and your husband for an outstanding time.

Very nice place, nicely renovated farm house, friendly and welcoming owners. The best meal I had in a while and the best chicken (bresse region) I had for a few years...
