Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo locale .molto rustico ma pulito.ci hanno dato la camera 2 con una vista stupenda sulle mura di carcassonne.fanno anche servizio ristorante buona la cassoulette una specialità del posto.colazione minima ma buona. Wi-Fi in camera ottimo.posizione a 100 mt dall' entrata principale .rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo .

merci au serveur pour son accueil, très accueillant et qui est à l écoute du client . repas parfait et très bon. Nous sommes fumeur mais nous avons trouvé limite que le bar et les cafés soit servis dehors à cette époque, petit pensé pour lionel qui faisait le service et qui reste à l écoute du client dehors malgré le froid.

Su localización es ideal, pero algo caro y tuvimos la mala suerte de dar con una habitación en un sótano con lo que la humedad era insoportable. El personal muy amable y el desayuno de buffet bastante bien

Un pequeño hotelito justo a las puertas de la ciudad medieval de Carcassone. Permiten dejar el coche en su parking una vez has hecho el check out para que puedas vositar la Cité sin cargo adicional, lo que se agradece. Es barato y entra el desayuno; algo que; cobrando otros hoteles una media de 8 euros por desayuno, está muy bien. Recomendable 100%

Having dined at hunderds of restaurants in France this was our worst experience ever. Utterly unfriendly staff. The food, which arrived after a 5 minute's wait, was simply desastrous. My saucisse de Toulouse was dry and tasted like a ton of salt, the french fries were limp and soaked in frying-oil. Judging from the taste, my companion's ravioli (the chef's speciality!) came right out of a tin, as did the basilsauce which was full of lumps.
As soon as the dishes were brought the restaurant's two large dogs took place besides our chairs but even they were reluctant to eat some of it.
Needless to say we had not more than four or fives bites.
On our complaints the staff suddenly pretended not to understand English nor French(which we speak fluently).
While paying the bill the staff, who couldn't know I am familiar with French dialects, made some sneering remarks about us.
It is truly a shame because the setting, overlooking the ramparts, is great.

French and international cuisine at a reasonable price, with a view to the medieval citadel. Not the cheapest, but definitely worth the price. Very nice and kind staff; they speak french, British and Spanish.

We arrived quite late. (10 PM) Wanted only desert. Had they simply told us that they were no longer seating for desert, we would have understood and gone to one of the places in the Medieval City that was still open. Instead we were told it wouldn't be a problem. We waited ten minutes for a waiter's attention. I went up to the bartender and asked to place an order. Waited another ten minutes and had to seek out the waiter again. The bartender never told the waiter about our order. We then discovered they were out of deserts. But we were also out of time to go elsewhere to one of the few places that were still open.
