La femme avec mes cheveux noir qui travaille à la réception n'est pas professional du tout, elle a une attitude agressive. Je vous recommandes pas ce banque!!
Another bad experience with LCL, I have no idea why the HELL I chose this bank, there must be sth went wrong with my head. Alors, there is a lady with blonde hair works in the office,she is really nice. BUT the reception lady (who is always sitting behind that reception desk)with black hair is rude and unprofessional, seems like I owe her million dolllars. Oh my goodness, save it for yourself girl. And I'm happy that was the last time i saw this lady and had business with this bank. Moreover I got an Asian friend who shared the same opinion with me, she said 'oh, that black hair lady, i had really bad experience with her there as well'.. See, it's not my problem, you should really improve your service skills and save that arrogant attitude for yourself ok? We are students, international students, we may don't have money now, but we don't know each other, we are the clients, SO PLEASE learn the word ' respect' ok?!!
