If you want a real local experience, this is the place to be. The food is really good, really traditional and comes in huge quantities. The desserts are to die for, I especially recommend the chestnut fondant.
The service is old-fashioned, some people might find it rude, it call it funny.

We were a group of 9 and the service was impeccable! Also, the majority of us do not speak French, but the server easily switched to English (which she spoke very, very well) and was super friendly with the whole table. This is quite unusual to get this kind of service in France so we all very much appreciated the server as she did a great job. The food was also very good and we all had a great time. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place for a larger group and don't speak the language.

Overrated. Food doesn't seem to be home made, or has been prepared a while ago... We haven't finished any of our dishes. It s more a fast food canteen than a real restaurant. We were very disappointed to have this low quality of food in the capital of food. The staff was really nice though.

One of the first bouchon lyonnaise I have tried, the chef is great and does his job very well. I have been back a few times and have never been disappointed yet. Classic rustic atmosphere and a traditional service. A must try experience.

Great food, great wine and great atmosphere. I would recommend to come in early for lunch if you haven't booked as it can get very busy

One of the most satisfying meals we've ever had. So much good food served like you're dining at a friends house. Really enjoyed the rustic and bustling atmosphere among the home style cooking.

It's a pretty popular local restaurant, some pig cartoons are so cute. It has chinese menu which makes ordering so easy. Many kinds of cheese are impressed me but I love the tripe very much. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite Bouchons Lyonnais. Make sure you don't eat for days before going. They are fluent in English as well. Book in advance !
