Loved the restaurant. Fantastic menu and wine. Very romantic location. Well trained staff. A joy.
Loose a star in my review due to the sommelier. Serving a champagne not in the menu without mentioning the price. Also making a face when ordering sparkling water at the appetizer !

Excellent restaurant and a so poetic place!
The staff is very kind !
The room was clean and spacious. Staff accommodating. Had breakfast in the beautiful garden outside -- highly recommend sitting for a bit in the garden. Definitely would stay here again.

Great restaurant with excellent food and very friendly staff. The room is beautiful in a very historic building (furniture is all authentic). Excellent location.

Great place at bottom of the village. Walk up to the top and tour an old castle. If you hit it right there is a weekly market right in front of the hotel - produce, lavender, crafts, ceramics. Small market - but neat. If you like markets check out Bedoin's and St. Remy's --- they are huge.
Swimming pool is about 3 blocks from main hotel -- set up a little different but fun.

Amazing location and stunning setting. Food was unique and service and wine to match. A must do. The pool and outdoors is the best area to relax, can not beat it. A must to return too!
Going with kids? Humm they can only have scramble eggs!!!!

Great town with a starred restaurant. Bistro should be as well.

Food was excellent/creative and the price / performance justified. Wine menu strictly limited to French wine, but fairly good and balanced range and price level ok.
The service is super, super old school. Wake up guys - going forward nobody needs (and pays) for your multi-level, hierarchical service offering. Slow, boring and expensive. Get rid of the uniforms, cut hierarchies and focus on the customers.

Envirronment is quite, pleasant BUT foods are limited, not tasty at all
Service is not as you could expect from an 4 stars hotel.
Plates and glasses are never removed as long as it is going.

Very good restaurant with a delighted menu and a nice regional wine menu (we had a Condrieu). Dessert are really high level, I strongly recommend the apricot pannacotta dessert.
