Daniel was very good! Liked very much 1976 Vouvray. Tour was paid by our travel agency, not sure what level of wine tasting was included, but it was good experience.

Daniel, the proprietor, is very entertaining and is absolutely passionate about his wine. We left his wonderful caves knowing much more about the wines of the Loire. Naturally, we bought a couple of lovely bottles - a 1976 and 1985 Chenin Blanc.

Delicious wines with perfectly matched cheeses along with friendly and knowledgeable service from Julien. We spent a very pleasant couple of hours here.

We took a Viator tour by France Intense and this was one of the stops for a wine & cheese pairing. Chaz (?) was our guide and he was very down to earth and funny. We have been on wine tours before that were a little snobby and more instructions on what we should be tasting than an experience. This was definitely an experience and we can't wait to open our bottles we brought home.

Tasted some nice wines here and sampled delicious cheese. They spoke English very well and we visited with other travelers.

Good wine but very slow service

The caves are wonderfully stocked. Get here for a tasting when in the Loire. Be prepared to enjoy yourself.
