Recently booked based on the internet photos and reviews. Pre-paid for 15 nights at $120/night. Came with my family after an 8 hour drive in the wee hours. Instead of a nice and comfy room, was given a ground floor dump room with linens that were stinking on urine and someone else’s sweat. Spider webs, dust, chipped paint, filth, holes in the walls and baseboards and mould everywhere. First thing in the morning went to complain to the lady owner and was told that no other room is available. Advised them that we are leaving in that case. They said that penalty is 3 night stay (360E). While we were arguing, one of the staff members got into our room and started taking shower. My wife went to pick up our suitcases and saw a naked 250lb man in the middle of our room. When I heard her screaming, I ran to the room and took a few photos. He yelled and threatened but I kept the photos of a naked trespasser...Anything is possible in this hotel, but unless you're into the masochism, stay away from it and don't get fooled by everything you read on the internet. Anyways, I took about dozen pics of the room condition and reported everything to the local tourist bureau. They told me this is not a first complaint about this hotel.

We spent two days in this hotel. Equipment of this hotel is bellow average. There are two types of rooms (problem is you dont know which one you will get during check-in). First type is little renovated rooms with newer bathroom (nothing special), new carpets and some new furniture (for example purple chairs). Room was clean, but with wet carpet (reason was previous cleaning), so there was a smell of staleness coming from the carpet next day. This room is average. Second type is the old room before renovation, and this is true nightmare. Bathroom in terrible condition (some things was just falling off), not even screwed to the wall. Walls very dirty. If you like russian roulette - try this hotel for 150€ a night! Only great thing on this hotel is amazing location which we loved!

While cheap, the standard is very low. Get me right; everything is clean but is very old. Our room was air-conditioned and the bed was nice.

Receptionist unfriendly
Rooms mediocre and carpets dirty
Beds terrible
Service non existent

It leaves you with a feeling that no matter how good deal they sell their rooms, feel ripped off.

Hotel vicino al porto di saint-maxime, facile da raggiungere, parcheggio del porto di fronte a circa 50 metri e gratuito per 48 h. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Bagno essenziale.

Room Tip: choose renovated rooms! the old rooms are nightmare!
