I was booked with Lodgis for my upcoming semester in Paris and they were so accommodating. They made it to me for some places while I was in town over the weekend, and made it very easy to confirm and complete my booking once I'd returned to London. The owner of the apartment was so sweet and I look forward to moving in. I would recommend to the agency to any other students.

I am relocating from the USA. I worked with several agencies. Lodgis stood out from the crowd. SUPERB! I worked with Manuela who updated me daily....went the extra mile to secure the apartment of my dreams....answered all questions in English accurately and precisely. Also their software is good (eg for payments). Absolutely superb agency ....cut above the rest by far. 5 Star recommend. James

I had a great experience with Lodgis! I had absolutely no issues during the booking process. Everything was efficient, reliable, quick and simple. I would like to say thank you to Mme. Haack (Lodges' lettings consultant) for her professional, helpful, and immediate responses to all my concerns. Without her I wouldn't have found the perfect apartment in time!

The bottom line for my experience with Lodgis was that they got me the flat that I wanted with the most competitive fee I’ve ever seen, by far. They made it possible for me to find a place to rent before I reached the country, which as you can imagine, is no easy feat. I’m thoroughly pleased. It was also the only resource I used where I could filter out listings that wouldn’t allow my dog! Definitely recommended.

Lodgis is a very professional, well maintained site. Great customer service. The site has a great selection of properties. My only complaint is that the agents can be a little slow on response time. Other than that everything is very up to date and convenient.

It is a friendly page. They make it easy for you to look for an apartment. With the filters and your budget you can comfortably navigate in the many options they have. Also, their pictures and descriptions of each apartment give you all the information you need.
Assistance is really good and fast.

My experience with Lodges was in general lines quite good. They helped me finding an accommodation in Paris, even though I am not French, so I really thank them for that. Specially I thank Manuela, who was my agent and really involved herself in my search.

Very helpful in assisting me to find the right apartment that suits my needs and budget. They can be quite SLOW in their initial response but things do get quicker once your assigned an agent. If their response time was just a bit quicker, they would be perfect!
My agent Anna was AMAZING though, she helped me to find the perfect apartment just in time and got things sorted promptly and smoothly for me. Very trustworthy and helpful, definitely recommend! They have a huge range of apartments available for rent also to suit everybody's needs.

I had a fantastic experience with this agency. The personnel were very helpful and replied quickly to any queries I had. The process for booking and signing the contract for my apartment was easy to understand and swiftly operated. The agency had a wide range of apartments that suited my budget and the agency fees were the lowest I could find. What I loved the most was the swiftness of the response. I would definitely recommend it - professional, quick and a pleasure to deal with!

I moved out of my Lodgis apartment almost 3 months ago and they still haven't returned my deposit. I DO NOT recommend their service unless you have the money and patience to send them countless emails. I also had to correct their calculations when they unjustly charged me a very high electricity bill. Apartment itself is nice and in a good location- they just lack the motivation to return a customer's money.

The website was very well organised. Any question was promptly answered by email - and with some humour! The owner must have been promptly notified as I received a courteous email soon after the booking was confirmed. This is our second time in 7 years of using Lodgis to book an apartment in Paris.

They were lovely and helpful. My agent even gave me safer areas as options to stay in as a girl living alone, while discarding those in rougher neighbourhoods. Very trustworthy and honest. Would recommend to students

I contacted Lodgis in April for a furnished studio for October but they said it was too early which is understandable and they will contact me back in July. In July, I received an email and they still said it's too early so they will contact me in September. In September I got a nice agent, Raphaelle, who gave me a list of available studios according to my preferences and I had to choose one. I chose one in Republique (which was not my preferred location but it was cozy looking) and did not get any further reply from the landlord or lodgis. Turns out, 2 weeks before my arrival, the tenant decided to extend her stay in that studio and I had to choose another studio in a very short period of time. All the studios I chose afterwards, I did not get any assurance that I will be able to stay there. The agent still insisted me to choose a studio from a list that was very overpriced and not according to my preferences and told me to be 'flexible'. At that point I became very disappointed and angry and I chose a few studios (the more options the more chances I will be able to rent one) starting from January but guess what? Until today I still have no answer from Lodgis. I have to stay with a friend and every time I ask for an update, the agent would say 'there is no answer from the landlord, we are trying our best to contact him'. Around Nov-Dec last year I gave up and won't ever use Lodgis to find a studio in Paris. I DON'T recommend unless you have the patience to wait for their emails and send them countless emails for confirmation and the money to pay the studio if they tell you to be flexible!
