Já sabia a bolsa específica que ia comprar e mesmo assim tive que esperar mais de uma hora na fila (sim, FILA, em pé, sem nenhuma água ou qq mimo para passar o tempo).
Parece que é possível agendar a consulta previamente. Então faça isso ou escolha uma outra loja...

le magasin est très beau et luxueux avec une bonne gestion pour être servi avec qualité et rapidité

I didn't like the fact that some of sales associates are a little bit rude to interact with, but I understand customers keep coming from non-European region and sells associates can make sells regardless of the quality of the service... such a shame…

Yes, a lot of people! But the service I received is good. Nina is very nice and sweet and took care of all my requests. I wish there were less people there but let’s face the fact, it’s Lafayette and you’ll always have a lot of people!

Recently purchased a purse from here and I do agree with the comment/s that some sales associates, especially and specifically this man i believe, in his forties who seems to be the manager, training someone when i visited. He was very rude and arrogant. I was simply looking at a purse that was handed to me by the sales associate that was "helping me" and he insisted I wait for the associate and cannot touch the item. I was stunned. I kept telling him, it was handed to me to see if i like it by one of his colleague and still insisted, I have to wait with a very disrespectful tone. This was the worst experience during my visit in paris. What an arrogant man. I just want the bag anyway. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst shopping experience ever!! The guide told me nothing sold in Louis Vitton can be change or return!! But on the back of the reeipt, it says can be changed in 30 days!
The french guide was extremely extremely arrogant! He said i was wasting his time while there is a queue waiting there! Never will i go there again! How come this happen!!

首先，人真係超級多， 排隊嘅時候仲已經有專人幫你check你想要嘅嘢有冇貨 ( 咁咪好hurry囉？ 唔可以慢慢揀， 香榭麗舍大道嘅總店都未係咁喎 )。
其次，售貨員態度非常惡劣、 傲慢 ， 基本上你問乜嘢佢哋都唔太答或者唔想答
