I liked the friendly staff who did their best to make our stay enjoyable, but the building was dysfunctional to the point of absurd - with toilets in the lobby and one of the two elevators out of order, a pool of water in the hallway and the Internet working or not depending on the weather outside.

We had an excellent stay and found the hotel to be clean and tidy with friendly staff. The location is very convenient. Great breakfast (really good coffee).

La chambre et correct et l'accueil aussi, il es largement possible de faire mieux.
Ce qui concerne l'équipement des chambres appartement l'organisation et difficile à comprendre car on doit faire sois même le ménage mais il n'y a rien ni éponge, serpillière si on reste dix jours il faut prévoir de payer un supplément ménage et serviettes et draps, et la porte de la parti congélateur du frigo était manquante, pas pratique pour les victuailles des fêtes.
Voilà je vais pas insisté car on peut en rajouter c'est facile de critiquer un service pour comparer l'hôtel citadine est bien mieux.

Room is not fancy but acceptable. Breakfast is good. Room service is not included, you have to pay more.

I for a really Nice Room for a low price! The hotel dont offer many options to the breakfest, but the bread that the made is really good. I have only compliments of the reception! The recepcionists are really polite and atencious, AND all of them that i had a little talk, speaks at least english, some of them Italian. ( And french of course)
