Very convenient to Javel Metro & RER. Rooms are very clean. Staff is attentive and friendly.

We checked in to the hotel on the 29th July till 5th August (room no 404). We were told by the hotel receptionist that we can check out at 17:00pm on the 5th, however we received a call from the receptionist that morning at 11am saying that we have to check out by 12 noon as the hotel was fully booked.
The hotel cleaners were rude because even though we would a leave a sign on the door saying do not disturb they would come in anyway and clean the room with us inside. The breakfast was not cooked properly and was even served to us burned and that's not what we expect from a 4 star hotel. Very disappointing hotel.

As for the decor and common area in the hotel, absolutely tiny spaces, and nothing special about the decor; pictures are 100X better and larger than real life. The hotel front desk staff was horrendously rude, even to the point that the Hotel Mercure Grenelle staff expressed how shocked they were at the level of customer service.

This hotel is, at best, a 3 star in decor, and 1 star in service.

Staff were great friendly happy people well done guys girls

While I have not yet received reimbursement for the charges, when I sent an email the night of the booking to management, I received no reply. When the booking company contacted the hotel, the hotel tried o make it out as if they did everything they could to re accommodate, thereby fulfilling their obligation, which is simply not true.

Our room was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location right next to the Metro and a 20+ minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. One morning there was no hot water for the shower but it was late morning so suggest showering early. Nice places to eat within a 10+ minute walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice breakfast but slow wifi

Arrived at the hotel and was informed within 5 minutes that, despite having a paid reservation, they did not have a room for me. They called another Mercure hotel to have me accommodated there, but when I arrived at the hotel I realized it was considerably further out of the city centre, and I declined to be moved there as I was planning on walking everywhere.

Upon arriving at hotel #4, the managers do not have any details regarding our stay, room reservations, etc. Upon calling the original hotel to send over the prepaid money, or to acknowledge that the funds will be transferred (Mercure is a franchise model), Mirabeau said they would not do so. I was left to have family overseas call and find a last minute hotel I could stay at.

Nice hotel but doesn't live up to its 4 stars. Room design was quite boring. Staff was nice.

Transported back to the hotel, only to find out this was also happening to a second guest; hotel rep calls another Mercure hotel and sends us to hotel #3. Waiting at hotel #3 for approximately 30 minutes, when the Manager comes up to us to say that Mirabeau had sent us to the incorrect location. We are then transported to hotel #4.

Very disappointed. I made wrong reservation for my honeymoon because I am not familiar with French, and they were not willing to help me to change my booking at all.. I know it is my fault but they even did't say that they felt sorry for me.
