Accueil, service et personnel impeccable. Je m'y suis rendu pour le remplacement de mes 4 pneus acheté sur leur site internet. Rendez-vous conforme à l"heure et sms envoyé pour signifier la fin.

I changed my weels for my truck there. I told them i want exactly the same ones as i have at the moment, just new.
They where winter/summer weels, because i need them for switzerland. If i dont have winter weels for winter the insurance dont pay!! Soooo Nordauto mimizan told me all good... same same.. me i didnt doublecheck, because i have no idea that they are not able!!! Espacily they are "experts" in weels, so i thought all good!!
Wrooong, i spend the winter in switzerland with summer weels!!! Driving with my girlfriend and newborn kid!!!!! And yes, it was snowing!!! Imagine............ !!!!!
I went back to norauto after my winterseason and told them all!
They didnt pay the change. I wrote a letter and all, but no... the only thing what they supposed was, they pay me 50% for the next weel change!!
