Great hotel. The location is really convenient, close to Montparnasse Tower and to the metro station. The staff is really nice and willing to help guests with anything.

Use this company at your peril. They do not care about the average customer and are just part of a 'fat cat' enterprise and exploiting innocent people. I am sickened by the thought and will never use this company again, on principle.

Sadly, some of night's guys on reception doesn't speak english really well...

Wonderfully located nearby a main train station, hotel Novotel is clean, classy, and an overall great experience. Our room had a picturesque view on the Effiel Tower, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy. The staff was also very helpful despite my hesitant French, including helping us find currency exchanges and printing our train tickets.

Good hotel at a nice location. Breakfast buffet is really nice

I tried to get both a refund £250 or a partial refund for my daughter, but my efforts were in vain. They financially gained from the mistake my daughter made and then went on to resell the room.

The room was very clean and the decor was great. The reception was very welcoming due to the friendly staff members. The maid did a great job also at keeping the rooms clean. My only issue is the toilet being in a different room to the shower/bath because you would have to go from the toilet to the bathroom to wash your hands which was somewhat gross.

The hotel is good, but the separation of bathroom and WC makes sort of annoying. I booked one week with breakfast and it was the same everyday. Cleaning was just fine. Hotel location is not its shining star

Very good location for those traveling through Gare Montparnasse, next door to Hall 4 and almost direct access to the rest of the station. For those visiting Paris is also a pretty decent location, good connection with several Metro lines and about 30 minute walk to Tour Eiffel. Nice restaurant on site, although a bit in the pricey side. Good breakfast. Nicely decorated rooms, some with amazing terraces perfect for sunny days.

Great location. Good friendly service and help from the desk staff. Had a package that included lots of Nespresso every day and a stocked fridge as well. Decent sized room (for Paris). I'd love to go back.

Total disgust- no customer service or courtesy. My daughter made a booking as a surprise, but there was an error. Despite the booking then being cancelled and the room resold, both the company and hotel were rude, dismissive and totally ignorant.

Clean easy and well priced. Nice bar too.

I had to give the company a 1 star rating, so that I could post my review. In truth, it the hotel deserves a negative rating and clearly does not value any of their customers.

Comfortable beds, modern and warm rooms. Everyone is kind in general.
