Une équipe très efficace et professionnelle.
Je suis sous mac depuis près de 10 ans et cette équipe est vraiment très professionnelle. De bons conseils et un vrai accompagnement.
J'avais un problème sur mon mackbook pro et ils sont su trouver le problème et le réparer très rapidement.

UPDATE: after posting this review, the co-owner called me and threatened me verbally. I had to block him from my phone and go to the police to file a complaint for harassment.

My experience at O.S.X. informatik was nothing short of scandalous. In short, they replaced my motherboard and said it was "the same" as the one I had. When I noticed that my computer was much slower, I double checked. It was in fact not the same...it was a motherboard that came out a year earlier. I came back a second time to the shop asked them to reimburse me and just put back the old motherboard, since they misrepresented the repair, and my computer was slower. The co-owner said they wouldn't reimburse me, and started screaming and insulting me, going on to physically threatened my husband. The other co-owner finally called the police. It was only after the police took my statement that OSX agreed to reimburse me...and not even in its totality! I lost time, energy and money (they didn't reimburse the obligatory diagnostic of 59 euros...a diagnostic that was already done for free by the Apple genius bar, who had told me the source of the computer problem). All in all, a terrible experience.

Good value and excellent service! Our iPad screen was replaced expertly, in record time, and at a very competitive price.

Rapide et efficace . Le boulot est bien fait mais surtout a un prix attractif .
personnelles gentil et pro . Je conseil a toute personne voulant faire appel a leurs service de foncer sans réfléchir !

Je vous conseil à tous cette Boutique Osx informatik !!. Le travail fournit par cette équipe est très minutieux, les réparations sont faites très vite et à bon prix!. Le personnel est à l'écoute, très aimable et patient merci pour votre prestation.

Youpi les renseignements ! J'appelle la veille en fin de journée pour un câble qui est disponible. Le lendemain matin à l'ouverture il ne l'est plus. Merci de m'avoir fait perdre mon temps ! S'il m'avait dit que c'était le dernier (même si je n'y crois pas) j'aurais demandé à ce que l'on me le réserve. Vous n'êtes pas les seuls à vendre des accessoires ! Remettez-vous en question niveau conseils.

Très mauvais accueil ! Personnel froid, limite agressif. Le devis est facturé à un tarif bien trop élevé ! La réparation est bâclée, on s'en rend compte quelques semaines lorsque l'écran se casse à nouveau à cause du mauvais matériel installé, et qu'un réparateur plus honnête et moins cher nous le fait savoir. À éviter à tout prix !

My experience was very good. They repaired my macbook pro the same day I brought it. Fair price and excellent service, highly recommended if you are in Paris and have a problem with your mac Book and don't want to spend your money in an apple center.
