Bad experience!
I stayed this week at the famous Radisson Disney and the conclusion is not even acceptable is terrible place. Horrible bathrooms rooms 319 and 315. It is incredible how easy this hotels earn there stars! I wish I could post also some pictures with the old and very used furniture, moving tiles and broken ones in the bathroom not say the smell of the carpet! It realy smells like very old!
If you are expecting the reception guys to be nice, forget it is not going to happen!
Food is average and no minibar in the room! 4*!
So is not worth it!
If you have other choice go elsewhere!

I give the room and service 3 stars though the bed is very Comfortable, location 5 star with a wonderful golf course, Amenities 4 star but can be improved with the availability of a Spa in-house. Check in process can be significantly improved. Environment is 4 star- quiet, lovely, and Serene environment. The breakfast buffet is excellent, a 5 star.. Room service food options can be improved too so I give it 3 star. Good bus service to Disneyland operating every 15 mins.Overall a good hotel if you want to relax. The hotel can be improved by adding social activities a few times a week like Happy hour, making the bar more functional, etc. Overall score a 3.5 star.

Good: beautiful hotel and surroundings. Beds are comfortable but could be a bit bigger. Breakfast is nice but there was an event on and so there was a huge queue getting in. Staff are friendly and helpful but service is a bit slow for lunch (might have been because of the event).

Convenient option for the Disneyland. Better room quality than the hotels in the park. Unfortunately the fridge did not work and they seem to knew about it but did not fix it unless we requested. Fortunately I had an electric fridge box to keep medication and few beverages cool. Bear in mind that fridge in this hotel is just a box that keeps the food just 2-3 degrees lower than the room temperature which is about 23-24 degrees. The dinner options at the restaurant are very limited (about 5) and ALWAYS the same during my stay. Almost half of the options are junk food (burgers and fries) and serving very slow. Disappointing from a 4* hotel, very different from other radisson hotels. I will look for other options in the future.

Very nice hotel. EXCELLENT breakfast buffet! Very close to EuroDisney plus free shuttle. Room service was yummy. Housekeeping and special request follow through was lackluster (called 4 times for a blanket and pillow. Finally got blanket only.)

I believe the hotel hasn't same quality as well as other hotels in group of Radisson. The room wasn't very comfortable also they don't have a basic of service such as the fridge was empty specific "water". However, the staff were wonderful.

Very horrible experience at this hotel. I took my daughter to France for her birthday and stayed here. The rooms were never cleaned until I requested for them to be. Once they were cleaned dirty blankets and the same pillow cases we used the nights before we're still on the bed housekeeping staff stole my daughter's sneakers that cost me $200.00 American dollars. I reported this to hotel management who never looked into investigating instead they told me they don't hire thieves. My daughter just got those sneakers for her birthday and they were collectors edition Air Jordan. I will make as many people aware of this as people. I don't think anyone needs the headache of staying at a place where they have to worry about their personal items. If that's the case there should be a disclaimer made prior to staying here. No management staff offered any compensation and were very indignant about the innocent. Worst hotel stay of my entire life! I don't want to give any stars you have no idea how angry I am about this experience in its totality!

Clean, quiet, and attractive rooms. Very nice hotel at a reasonable price. Free shuttle bus to Disneyland and the station makes for an easy to plan stay.

A very pleasant hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast. A great location for those wanting to go to Disneyland via a free shuttle bus. Its rooms are clean and comfy, and has a swimming pool and gym facilities.
